Founded in 2009, ECO (Earth Conscious Optics) was a pioneer in sustainable eyewear. Their frames are thoughtfully made from ocean plastic, recycled metal, and bio based material. They teamed up with Waste Free Oceans, an organization that works with fishermen to collect used plastic from the ocean - they have collected 30 tons of ocean plastic to date! When you purchase an ECO frame, a tree is planted through the One Frame, One Tree program. Amazingly, 2.9 million trees have been planted!
